Argentina Residence blends timeless materials with a modern architectural language. Designed during the concept phase, the project focuses on efficiency, durability, and aesthetic harmony with its surroundings. Positioned along a creek, the design maximizes southern exposure for natural daylight and openness. Exposed concrete and natural wood — representing modernity and tradition — are combined to create a calm yet contemporary atmosphere that complements the site’s character.

The main challenge involved balancing city hall regulations with optimal GFA and salable area, while managing a remote design process. Coordination across distance and compliance requirements demanded precision to preserve both design intent and efficiency.
Construction was executed by a local contractor and developer, while our team remained involved through RFIs to ensure alignment with the original concept and design vision. The collaboration maintained the architectural integrity and spirit of the project from concept to completion.
