A-Frame Residence reimagines the classic chalet through modern prefabrication. Designed for warmth, comfort, and connection with nature, 70% of the structure was prefabricated for quick assembly and mobility. The main structure, built from certified Douglas Fir timber with galvanized metal joints, ensures both durability and aesthetic balance. Even the foundation was prefabricated, allowing the entire house to be relocatable while maintaining structural integrity.

The main challenge lay in meeting fire and life-safety standards for timber construction. Using high-quality certified wood and precisely engineered joints, the design achieved both strength and safety while preserving architectural beauty.

Prefabricated components were transported and assembled on-site with careful attention to insulation and energy efficiency. The result is a cozy, sustainable, and fast-to-build home that combines traditional form with modern practicality — a concept easily adaptable to different locations worldwide.
