Master Plan

This resort development was envisioned as a multi-functional destination blending leisure, hospitality, and waterfront activities within a carefully planned landscape. Our team was responsible for the masterplan design and site supervision, ensuring harmony between architectural elements, natural surroundings, and user experience.

The masterplan integrates diverse program components, including a luxury hotel, commercial buildings, resort villas, water villas, horse-riding facilities, and a jetty deck for marine activities. Organized around fluid circulation paths and a series of public plazas, the design emphasizes connectivity, spatial hierarchy, and direct engagement with the waterfront.

Construction reached approximately 50% completion before being suspended due to the political situation at the time. Despite this, the project remains one of our most distinctive and ambitious design experiences—demonstrating our ability to combine large-scale planning with detailed architectural vision.
