The project was done till concept and schematic phase for architecture and interior design. The location of the project is unique and the team tried to cover all requirements of the real estate team who was the client in this project. The total master plan and concept phase was a mixed-use complex covered with 500 apartments and commercial areas. This landmark, right in the city center, has 30 floors, consisting of two floors of state-of-the-art offices, around 150 SKY apartments and a rooftop restaurant with phenomenal views. During the construction phase-ongoing- we received some RFI’s regarding design solutions and details and we are following the project till the final details.

The main challenge of the concept phase was structural items and relations and access of each building to the adjacent building, Tower A to B with the bridge and the hotel to the central commercial areas and operational ideas. Which is already solved and all is under construction and 70% of the project is done.
The execution was done by the expert contractors who were controlled by the investor and general contractor on construction in Belgium.
